    ATI provided Conceptual A/E design services for façade improvement and signage design for the BWI Railway Station in Hanover, MD. Conceptual design consisted of two phases: Research and analysis of existing facility and a design proposal.  The study documented pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow patterns at different times of the day.
    ATI’s design scope of work recommendations on redirecting traffic flows with the help of navigational signage, relocating, consolidating and redesigning bus and taxi stands, providing ecofriendly street furniture etc. The design also included face lift to the aging station. It included façade improvement, painting and signage design for this 4,000 sf facility.
    Site improvement design provided recommendations on restoring green spaces, plantings to provide high canopy and low ground cover for maximum visibility and security of the station.
