ATI provided architectural design and LEED consulting services for the design of a new 21,000 SF bus maintenance and administration building in Savage, Maryland. The project was assigned as a Task under MTA-1117A, on which ATI was a sub-consultant to RK&K.
The project also included site work and MEP systems for the building and bus fueling facility. ATI was the architect of record for the building. The scope of work included a programming/schematic phase to determine the most suitable design option, including deciding whether to renovate the existing building, which was inadequate for the functions required, or construct a new building.
The new building option was chosen as the most appropriate.  The facility features admin/office functions, bus maintenance bays, bus wash bays and a fueling station. The building is LEED Silver certified.
ATI is a sub-consultant providing full architectural design and LEED consulting services on this project
