    ATI provided design and construction services for 1618, 1626 and 1628 Bank Street. Located in the upper Fells Point Broadway corridor, the rehabilitation of (2) three-story pre-civil war row houses into (2) two bedroom units and (1) four-story factory building into (10) one bedroom studio units, (3) one bedroom unit and (2) two bedroom units.
    The existing structures required extensive structural repairs and front wall tie backs. Site improvements include a concrete drive in the rear of the property and clearing of the back yard.
