Health and safety (H&S) are extremely important to ATI during execution of all projects. We place the highest priority on the safety of our employees and subcontractors, both in the field and in the office.
H&S compliance is one of the critical performance metrics (directly linking to quality) that ATI measures on every project. Field personnel will be briefed daily on site-specific aspects of safety. Our Field Team Leaders will monitor the safety of all site activities, conduct safety audits, and implement the SSHP in the field, under supervision of the PM. It is ATI policy that all personnel have the authority to stop work at any time if an unsafe operation and/or procedure is noted.
ATI will conduct site-specific employee training prior to the start of field activities and supplement this initial training, and as necessary throughout the remainder of every project.
