ATI has performed a variety of industrial hygiene monitoring services for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Campus. Since 2012, ATI has provided asbestos air monitoring services during abatement and conducted mold sampling in a variety of campus buildings, including residence halls, laboratory spaces, mechanical rooms, and administrative buildings.
In 2013, ATI conducted a full hazardous materials survey of UMBC’s Fine Arts Building, which spanned some 166,000 square feet. ATI’s environmental scientist surveyed the facility for asbestos, lead-based paint, fluorescent lamps, mercury, PCB light ballasts, and chemical/hazardous materials storage.
