Overview of the project

ATI provides facilities management and 24/7 security support at the DSO Annapolis site, a secure facility occupied by military, DoD civilians, and contractors. The facility has three conference rooms; an emergency generator; separate HVAC systems for each floor including a boiler and chillers; three maintenance rooms; a computer room; and roughly 140 office spaces. DSO has also tasked us with providing A/E design/build services on the renovation/replacement security and cooling system upgrades.

Result / Impact

The DSO facility is leased from a commercial developer, which presents some unique challenges. Despite these challenges, our Team’s performance has been praised by the client. On the contract’s latest Contractor Performance Appraisal Reporting System (CPARS) evaluation, our performance was commended with the Quality and Cost Control criteria being characterized as Very Good.
