Overview of the project

Since 2014, ATI has provided preventive maintenance, upgrades and repair services for building automation systems under a six-year IDIQ contract with the US Department of State. Under this contract, ATI’s BAS engineers and technicians have completed over 25 individual tasks, including quarterly PM visits, BAS system repairs, and BAS system upgrades.

ATI has also performed multiple Building Automation Systems preventive maintenance tasks overseas at US State Department embassies and consulates. To date, ATI has performed BAS work in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South/Central America. ATI has experience working on the following building systems: Invensys, Tridium Niagara AX, Tridium Niagara R2, Honeywell CARE, Honeywell Symmetry, Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens Apogee, Reliable Controls, Alerton Controls, Siemens Talon, Barber Coleman Controls, Siebe, Schneider Electric, Pneumercator fuel monitoring, and Siemens WinPM power monitoring.
