Overview of the project
ATI provides full time in-house Project Managers to the Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA) Facilities Management Division (FMD).

ATI Project Managers oversee the design process to coordinate with commissioning agents, constructability reviewers, and cost estimators during design and procurement. During construction, ATI staff serve as the liaison between the designers and construction firms, review change orders, and answer Requests for Information. Throughout the process, our staff also coordinates and participates in site visits, meetings, and reviews drawings and other data to assist with decisions regarding new and ongoing projects.
Result / Impact
Our experienced architectural, engineering, and construction management staff assists FMD in coordinating various capital improvement projects and ensuring that facility operations are maintained during construction.
