Overview of the project
ATI provided full time in-house Management services for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Office of Engineering & Construction, Facilities Engineering, ADA and Sustainability. ATI staff coordinated various capital improvement projects and ensured that facility operations were maintained during construction.

ATI project managers also oversaw the design process to include coordination with design firms, commissioning agents, constructability reviewers, and cost estimators during design and procurement. During construction, ATI staff served as the liaison between the designers and construction firms, reviewed change orders, and answered Requests for Information. Throughout the process, our staff also coordinated and participated in site visits and meetings, and reviewed drawings and other data to assist with decisions regarding new and ongoing projects.
