Overview of the project

Since 2012, ATI has provided a variety of environmental services for the White House Service Center (WHSC); from testing indoor air quality to monitoring underground storage tank compliance on WHSC properties including, but not limited to, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and the New Executive Office Building. In addition to the renovation activities completed in these historic facilities, ATI also tested for lead-based paint, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) to ensure compliance with local and Federal hazardous materials regulations.

Result / Impact

Our EHS team has responded to numerous emergency requests, appearing onsite (sometimes within two hours) to test for EHS-related concerns. ATI performs these services discreetly and promptly, minimizing disruption to building occupants and operations while ensuring a safe, healthy, comfortable work environment.
