Overview of the project
This project entailed mechanical system replacement and installation of two 90-ton Trane Air-Cooled Chillers for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command Building at Fort Bragg, NC. Additionally, new exhaust fans were installed in the mechanical rooms within the building and CMS controls were provide and programmed for the correct functionality of the chillers to ensure seamless switch-over from one new chiller to another as load demands require. Project was completed ahead of schedule.
Result / Impact
ATI was tasked with providing comfortable, safe, and well-maintained facilities for occupants, users, and visitors to the USASOC. To meet this goal, ATI closely coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Government’s Facilities Manager to efficiently provide maintenance services while minimizing disruptions to operations within the facilities
