Overview of the project
As a joint venture partner with DGI, ATI delivers project and construction management services to the NIH Office of Research Facilities (ORF). Our support includes surveys, studies, design management, and construction management for projects ranging from minor renovations to large-scale, complex builds exceeding $50 million.
Our on-site staff of Architects, Engineers, Planners and BIM specialists work closely with NIH ORF to provide expert guidance in planning, technical design, and sustainable solutions—ensuring informed decisions that optimize cost and construction outcomes.
Result / Impact
This project is ongoing – ATI, with DGI as its primary subcontractor, was the incumbent prime contractor on the predecessor contract before NIH sole-sourced to the DGI-ATI JV, a clear indication of NIH’s confidence in theour performance of the DGI-ATI JV partnersand the value added by our staff
